Engine Parts

Angle Sensor
Angle Sensor

This stamped part has a sensing function which controls engine crank revolution and engine fuel injection.

Flange
Flange

This stamped part is used for theengine exhaust pipe connection. It used to be made by casting and machining, but we made it lighter by press processing.

Washer, Flywheel

This washer prevents fly wheels from loosening.

*Flywheel: Flywheels resist changes in their rotational speed, which helps steady the rotation of the shaft when a fluctuating torque is exerted on it by its power source such as a piston-based (reciprocating) engine, or when the load placed on it is intermittent (such as a piston pump).

*Washer: A washer is a thin plate with a hole that is placed between bolts and screw nuts. It prevents bolts from loosening and protects the surface.

Stator
Stator

It is a press processed part oil control unit of VVT (Variable Valve Timing-control)engine and an important function part that has excellent anti-magnetic force.

*VVT Engine: VVT allows the lift or duration or timing (some or all) of the intake or exhaust valves (or both) to be changed while the engine is in operation.

It controls engine valves.

*Valve: A valve is a device that regulates the flow of a fluid (gases, fluidized solids, slurries, or liquids) by opening, closing, or partially obstructing various passageways.

This part is assembled to pinch valve spring for intake and exhaust valves. It is processed into the stable shape, and surface treatment is done on this part not to change the shape or not to wear out.

It prevents lubricant oil and coolant from leaking.

Transmission Parts

It holds another part. A tap for another part is processed on the plate itself, and the number of necessary part is reduced.

Separator Plate

This is a stamped part whose small holes function for automobile's quiet running. The diameter of the hole is smaller than the thickness of the part itself.

This plate is put between aluminum die casts up and down. Because oil flows through its small holes, tolerance such as position or diameter accuracy is very strict.

It keeps oil and prevents tortuousness that occurs in a high-speed rotation.

This is a part for the CVT which holds bearings. Our stamping process made it more inexpensive and lighter.

*Bearing: It helps to rotate smoothly.

Ring-C and Holder C Ring work as a set and hold a plunger not to move to an axial direction. Creating this part by press stamping made it more inexpensive and shorten production hours.

*Plunger・・・It is kind of tube that moves inside cylinder back and forth and sends liquid. It works the same as pistons, but it is used for pumps that is high pressure.

Shim
Shim

This covers in gaps with micro tolerances after the inter-unit parts are assembled. After it is stamped , it is ground to maintain the appropriate thickness and surface finish.

Differential Gear Parts

This is a spherical thrust washer for differential gear of four wheel automobile. It takes power in axial direction when the gear rotates, prevents from wearing out, and helps it work smoothly.

This is a plane shaped thrust washer for differential gears for four wheel automobile. It is processed not to wear out itself.

Adjuster Nut
Adjuster Nut

It is used for the rear accelerator. Its projections hold adjuster, and the side holds roller bearing.
The changes of production method from casting to press stamping made it possible to produce the lighter part more inexpensively.

Finger-Lock, Adjuster Nut

It is used with the Adjuster Nut and holds the Adjuster Nut not to move.

This is a cover of cigerlighter.

Oil Separator
Oil Separator

It is a compressor part for car air conditioner that holds a shaft in the middle and separate a regrigerant into liquid and gas. It requires high press processing technology for taper processing.

*Shaft: Shaft is a cylindrical bar that rotates or supports rotating parts in a machine.

*Taper: A gradual lessening in thickness, diameter, or width toward one end.

Ribbon Spring
Ribbon Spring

This part is open to utilization in various way, but it is used mainly for one-way clutch and controls one-way rotation. Its feature is to be made with stainless steel for springs that is difficult to shape.

Closure Disk
Closure Disk

This works as a lid of a connection part of airbag and accelerant. Burrs or slight scratch affects its performance, so very high technology is required.

Adapter

It is used as a joint of heater core of the air conditioner unit.
