We are a parts manufacturer with our main products being automotive-related parts with metal stamping as the head process. Our unique feature is that we can handle all the processes necessary to complete a product in-house, from mold design and fabrication to stamping, heat treatment, cutting, grinding, and surface treatment. This enables us to supply products on a one-stop basis and to be highly competitive in terms of quality, cost, and delivery time. Technology is the most important factor in achieving this. It has the great benefit of being able to realize shapes that would be impossible without other methods, while taking advantage of mass production and reproducibility, which are the advantages of the stamping method. We have successfully achieved product shapes and dimensional accuracy many times that seemed difficult to press with the die technologies we have cultivated over the years. Furthermore, it is important to be able to mass-produce these products not only as prototypes but also with stable quality. We are proud of our ability to combine both of these realization and mass-production capabilities at a high level. We will continue to introduce new products to meet the needs of our customers.
In addition, one of our group companies is involved in resin molding. We will explore new possibilities not only for metal parts but also for resin parts and metal + resin parts.
In recent years, when the environment surrounding the automobile industry has changed dramatically, we cannot survive with only conventional products. We must explore unconventional paths and change. We will continue to challenge new things while expanding our business domain, which includes the development, manufacture, and sale of our own products, and reducing our dependence on automotive-related parts, which is currently our mainstay business.
