The following is a list of consultations we have received from our customers and our responses to them. Please take a look.

  • Does your company sell metal molds?

    We do not sell metal-related dies (press dies), as they are used for manufacturing products. Our subsidiary, Igari Sangyo, manufactures and sells resin-related dies. Please contact us for more information.

  • What materials do you handle?

    For metal related parts, we self-supply iron, copper, stainless steel, and aluminum materials.

  • What is the minimum order quantity for parts? Can you handle small lots?

    We can handle small lots. Please contact us for more information.

  • Can you handle products overseas?

    Basically, we can handle the same products as in Japan, but there are some products that we cannot handle due to slight differences in facilities at each of our bases. Please consult with us.

  • Can you show us your factory?

    We may not be able to show you our factory, so please contact us.

  • Can you process resin products?

    We can handle resin processing since we have a subsidiary company that does it. Please contact us for more information.

  • How long is the lead time for mold fabrication?

    It depends on the shape and type of product, but generally takes 2 to 6 months. Please consult with us.
