Basic Philosophy

We are committed to fully satisfying market and customer needs and expectations as well as legal and regulatory requirements, continuously providing world-class products, conducting business activities that contribute to the development of our customers and local communities, and improving customer satisfaction through the effective operation and continual improvement of our quality management system. All personnel of our organization shall comply with the following in the performance of their duties.

Basic Policy

  1. Understand customer needs and strive to fulfill customer requirements and meet customer expectations.
  2. Set goals and carry out our work, and ensure that the management cycle (PDCA) is followed to achieve our goals.
  3. Proactively exercise leadership, gather the knowledge of the entire organization to solve problems, and achieve goals.
  4. Recognize the importance of our role and act responsibly.

Promotion Policy

  1. Satisfy the requirements and continuously improve the quality management system.
  2. Set goals for quality improvement, customer satisfaction improvement, and human resource development and level improvement in order to achieve the quality policy, and review these goals as appropriate.
  3. This quality policy shall be documented and made known to all members of the organization by means of postings and distribution of quality policy and target cards, etc.

Status of Management System Certification

Muro Corporation has obtained IATF 16949 certification, the international standard for quality management systems in the automotive industry, for the manufacture of pressed parts for engines, transmissions, steering, compressors and axles at the Kiyohara Head Office Plant, Karasuyama Plant and Komono Plant.For other products, Muro Corporation has obtained ISO 9001 certification.
